"My order was, like, exactly right"
I ordered a few bottles from donsliquorsandwine.com and, everything showed up just how I picked it. Like, no missing items, no random wrong sizes, and even the receipt matched my order, which was nice. It was a simple experience overall. I usually kind of worry with online liquor orders, but this one was accurate and easy. I’d definitely use them again.

"age check was easy"
i had to verify my age before checking out, and it was way easier than i expected. it only took about a minute and didn’t ask me for a bunch of random or weird info.
once it was done, the site let me keep going right away with no hassle. always nice when something like that just works

"Tracking was good, thankfully"
I was a little worried something would go wrong, but the tracking updates came through quickly and the order showed up when it said it would. Not much to complain about there, which is a relief.

"Way more to choose from than I expected"
I was kinda surprised by how much stuff they had on donsliquorsandwine.com. I found the wine I was looking for, plus a few bottles I don’t usually see at my local store. The site was easy to browse too, which was nice becuase I wasn’t trying to spend forever searching. Overall, happy with the selection.

"Discounts are decent, but a little confusing sometimes"
I used Don's Liquors & Wine mainly because I was looking for discounts and promo deals. Some of the prices were good compared to my local store, but a few bottles I had my eye on barely had any savings, so it was a bit hit or miss.
Checkout went through fine, and I did get the receipt email right away, which was nice. I just wish the promo details were clearer before paying because I had to reread everything and double check what actually counted. Overall it was okay, not bad, just not amazing for savings.

I had to return something I ordered from Don's Liquors & Wine, and I’ll be honest, I expected it to turn into one of those annoying customer service loops where you get a bunch of polite copy-paste answers and nothing really happens.
That wasn’t the case here. I emailed them, got a quick reply, and the instructions were clear without sounding like some overly polished company script. Just simple steps, which I appreciated.
The refund came through a few days later, just like they said it would. No drama, no weird back and forth, no stress. I’d give them 5 stars for making it easy...

I’ve had a couple of sketchy online ordering experiences in the past, so I’m usually a bit cautious with new sites. This one felt legit from the start though. My order went through without any weird issues, the updates were clear enough, and everything showed up as expected. I felt safe using them and would order here again.

"Fair shipping, but not totally perfect"
I ordered from Dons Liquors And Wine and was actually happy with the shipping cost. A lot of sites sneak in ridiculous fees at checkout, but this one stayed reasonable and didn’t feel shady. My order showed up fine too, which is obviously the most important part. That said, the overall checkout experience was basic and could be a little smoother. Still, for fair shipping and a hassle-free delivery, I’d probably order from them again

I ordered a few bottles that were listed as in stock, and I was bracing myself for total chaos, but they had all of them except one. They called me quickly about the missing bottle and got it swapped out, so crisis averted! Not absolutely perfect, but their inventory was way more accurate than I expected.

"Helpful, but the wait messed up my plans"
The customer service team was really nice and did help me find what I needed, so I’ll give them credit for that. But getting answers took longer than I expected, and it threw off the rest of my plans for the day. I wasn’t trying to spend that much time waiting around. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but they definitely need to be quicker.

I ordered from donsliquorsandwine.com for a little get-together, and it showed up sooner than I was expecting, more or less. The driver was friendly enough, and everything was packed okay with no issues. I’d probably use them again

I ordered a couple bottles from donsliquorsandwine.com the packaging was better than I was expecting. Like, everything was wrapped up tight, plenty of padding around the bottles, just felt secure overall.
The box itself had a few scuffs from shipping, which I kind of expected, but the bottles inside were completely fine. No leaks, seals looked good, nothing broken or weird. So yeah, I’d order from them again
